2 1/2 weeks

Happy Valentine's Day. We thought about dressing you up as cupid just to torture you but we're lazy so this is all we've got.

In fact, you're lucky you were wearing clothes at all because normally we don't bother.

His Room

Everything has been ready for him for awhile but now that he's here we've finished some details.

He has yet to sleep in his crib, but when he's ready he's lucky to be surrounded by handmade quilts and blankets.

First Bath At Home

We love this tiny newborn sling in the tub

James was not pleased. Especially when I washed his hair.

Luckily we had this super soft towel from Aunt Beth.

Getting him snuggled up and warm again.

He's so clean and soft!

All You Need Is Love

It's no secret that Johnny's a bit of a Beatles fan. 

Well, I am too but my level of fandom doesn't begin to compare with Johnny's. This Beatles onesie was my first baby related purchase when I found out I was pregnant. I bought it for Johnny last Father's Day.

James Busby was born Friday, January 21st at 5:18pm. 7 pounds 6 ounces, 20 inches.
